Led by Bar Manager Ricardo “Arjay” Abaleta, he brings his thirteen-year expertise to curate an inventive menu that blends culinary technique with mixology. Partnering with Chef Peter Smit, Arjay transforms kitchen trims into standout ingredients — delivering surprising and flavour-packed drinks.
